Rwanda Internship

Students doing internship in different public and private institutions in Ngoma district say the knowledge acquired is vital because it helps them put the theoretical knowledge into practice.

Students who talked to ubumenyi.com noted that internship is helpful because it helps one to assess the job market, and specifically how things are done.

Radio Izuba received students from Tumba College of Technology in the Northern Province to conduct their academic internship at the sation. Ambaza Marie de Chantal, a student of Tumba in the department of Electronics said that after internship at Radio Izuba, she learnt a lot that made it easier for her to complete her studies.

“Studies without internship are incomplete because it’s where you get to know what to use in work and get all the time to ask your teachers all the questions you have”, adds Chantal

It’s not only students from outside Ngoma district that Radio Izuba helps to practice what they learnt during internship but helps technical schools in Ngoma by providing internship for example students from Information Technology Department in one of the schools in Musamvu-Kibungo

The Ministry of education in Rwanda has ensured that all students in technical schools and other higher institutions of learning undergo internship before completing their studies. This is followed by study tours that have been considered as very important in helping students know life out of school.
